Common use of Assignment by the Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Assignment by the Administrative Agent. Subject to any restrictions in the Credit Agreement with respect to the assignment of the Secured Obligations, the Administrative Agent may from time to time assign the Secured Obligations or any portion thereof and/or the Pledged Collateral or any portion thereof to a successor Administrative Agent, and the assignee shall be entitled to all of the rights and remedies of the Administrative Agent under this Pledge Agreement in relation thereto.
