Common use of Assignment by the Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Assignment by the Administrative Agent. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Credit Agreement, the Administrative Agent may from time to time assign the Secured Obligations and any portion thereof and/or the Pledged Collateral and any portion thereof, and the assignee shall be entitled to all of the rights and remedies of the Administrative Agent under this Pledge Agreement in relation thereto.

Assignment by the Administrative Agent. Subject to any restrictions in the terms and conditions Credit Agreement with respect to the assignment of the Credit AgreementSecured Obligations, the Administrative Agent may from time to time assign the Secured Obligations and or any portion thereof and/or the Pledged Collateral and or any portion thereofthereof to a successor Administrative Agent, and the assignee shall be entitled to all of the rights and remedies of the Administrative Agent under this Pledge Agreement in relation thereto.
