Assignment by the Bank. The Bank may from time to time assign the Secured Obligations or any portion thereof and/or its Lien on the Pledged Collateral or any portion thereof, and the assignee shall be entitled to all of the rights and remedies of the Bank under this Pledge Agreement in relation thereto.
