Assignment by the Companies Clause Samples
Assignment by the Companies. The Companies shall have the right to assign this Agreement, and this Agreement shall inure to the benefit of, and may be enforced by, any and all successors and assigns of the Companies, including without limitation by asset assignment, stock sale, merger, consolidation or other corporate reorganization.
Assignment by the Companies. The rights of the Companies under this Agreement may not be assigned to any third party without the prior written consent of HSBC. All covenants and agreements of the Companies contained herein shall bind the Companies and their successors and assigns, and shall inure to the benefit of HSBC, its successors and assigns.
