Assignment by the Procurers Sample Clauses

Assignment by the Procurers. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, the Procurers may, after giving 2 (two) months notice to the Concessionaire, assign and/ or transfer any of its rights and benefits and/or obligations under this Agreement to an assignee who is, in the reasonable opinion of the Procurers, capable of fulfilling all of the Procurer’s then outstanding obligations under this Agreement and has the financial standing necessary for this purpose.
