Assignment by the Redeveloper Sample Clauses

Assignment by the Redeveloper. The City will recognize and accept any successors or assigns of the Redeveloper. Any successor or assignee to that portion of the Mall Property which includes the Easement Premises shall succeed to the interest of the Redeveloper herein. Each party who becomes Redeveloper hereunder shall be liable for the performance of only those covenants, obligations and undertakings hereunder that accrue during its period of ownership of the Mall Property.
