Common use of Assignment by the Secured Parties Clause in Contracts

Assignment by the Secured Parties. Subject to Section 8.05(c) of the Credit Agreement, any of the Secured Parties may from time to time assign all or any portion of its rights and obligations under the Credit Agreement, and the assignee shall be entitled to all of the rights and remedies of such Secured Party under this Pledge Agreement in relation thereto.

Assignment by the Secured Parties. Subject to Section 8.05(c) of the Credit Agreement, any of the Secured Parties may from time to time assign all the Secured Obligations or any portion of its rights and obligations under the Credit Agreementthereof, and the assignee shall be entitled to all of the rights and remedies of such Secured Party under this Pledge Security Agreement in relation thereto.
