Assignment by the Security Trustee. The Security Trustee may assign or transfer its rights under this Agreement to any additional or successor Security Trustee appointed pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Charge.
Assignment by the Security Trustee. (a) At any time, without the consent of the Borrower, the Security Trustee may assign or transfer any or all of its rights and obligations under this deed.
(b) The Security Trustee may disclose to any actual or proposed assignee or transferee any information in its possession that relates to the Borrower, the Secured Assets and this deed that the Security Trustee considers appropriate.
Assignment by the Security Trustee. The Security Trustee may assign or transfer its rights under this Deed to any successor Security Trustee without the consent of the Offtaker. Generator’s Acknowledgement The Generator joins in this Deed to acknowledge and consent to the arrangements set out in it and agrees not knowingly to do or omit to do anything that may prevent either of the other Parties from enforcing its rights under this Deed. Notices Communications in Writing Any communications to be made under or in connection with this Deed shall be made in writing and, unless otherwise stated, may be made by fax or letter.
