Common use of Assignment by the Trustee; Replacement of the Trustee Clause in Contracts

Assignment by the Trustee; Replacement of the Trustee. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease and the Indenture, this Lease may not be assigned by the Trustee for any reason other than to a successor by operation of law or to a successor trustee under the Indenture or with the prior written consent of the City which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Trustee will notify the City of any assignment to a successor by operation of law. If an Event of Lease Default or Event of NonappropriationNon-appropriation has occurred and is continuing, the Trustee may act as herein provided, including exercising the remedies set forth in Section 15.2, without the prior written direction of the City.
