Common use of Assignment by You Clause in Contracts

This Agreement and the franchise it grants is personal to you, and you may only transfer or assign this Agreement, the franchise, or any stock or interest in an entity owing the franchise, with our prior written approval, and according to the provisions described in paragraphs 22 to 24 below.
