ASSIGNMENT, DELEGATION AND SUBCONTRACTING. A party shall not assign its rights and/or subcontract, or otherwise delegate, its duties under this Agreement, either in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of the other party, and any attempted assignment or delegation without such consent shall be null and void.
