Common use of ASSIGNMENT, DELEGATION AND SUBCONTRACTING Clause in Contracts

ASSIGNMENT, DELEGATION AND SUBCONTRACTING. Seller shall not assign any of its rights or interest in this contract or subcontract all or substantially all of its performance of this contract, without Xxxxx’s prior written consent. Such consent shall not unreasonably be withheld. Seller shall not delegate any of its duties or obligations under this contract. No assignment, delegation or subcontracting by Seller, with or without Xxxxx’s consent, shall relieve Seller of any of its obligations under this contract.
