Assignment, Delegation, or Transfer by You. No assignment, delegation or transfer of the rights, duties, or obligations of this Agreement, or any part of it, will be made by you without our prior written consent, such written consent to be requested by Written Notice no fewer than ninety (90) days’ prior to the proposed assignment, delegation, or transfer.
