Assignment in Connection. with Assignment of Agreement with ICANN. In the event that Afilias’ Registry Agreement with ICANN for the Registry TLD is validly assigned, Afilias’ rights under this Agreement shall be automatically assigned to the assignee of the Registry Agreement, provided that the assignee assumes the duties of Afilias under this Agreement. In the event that Registrar's accreditation agreement with ICANN for the Registry TLD is validly assigned, Registrar's rights under this Agreement shall be automatically assigned to the assignee of the accreditation agreement, provided that the subsequent registrar assumes the duties of Registrar under this Agreement.

Assignment in Connection. with Assignment of Agreement with ICANN. In the event that Afilias’ Verisign's Registry Agreement with ICANN for the Registry TLD is validly assigned, Afilias’ Verisign's rights under this Agreement shall be automatically assigned to the assignee of the Registry Agreement, provided that the assignee assumes the duties of Afilias Verisign under this Agreement. In the event that Registrar's accreditation agreement with ICANN for the Registry TLD is validly assigned, Registrar's rights under this Agreement shall be automatically assigned to the assignee of the accreditation agreement, provided that the subsequent registrar assumes the duties of Registrar under this Agreement.

In the event that Afilias’ Registry Operator's Registry Agreement with ICANN for the Registry TLD is validly assigned, Afilias’ Registry Operator's rights under this Agreement shall be automatically assigned to the assignee of the Registry Agreement, provided that the assignee assumes the duties of Afilias Registry Operator under this Agreement. In the event that Registrar's accreditation agreement with ICANN for the Registry TLD is validly assigned, Registrar's rights under this Agreement shall be automatically assigned to the assignee of the accreditation agreement, provided that the subsequent registrar assumes the duties of Registrar under this Agreement.

In the event that Afilias’ Verisign's Registry Agreement with ICANN for the Registry TLD is validly assigned, Afilias’ Verisign's rights under this Agreement shall be automatically assigned to the assignee of the Registry Agreement, provided that the assignee assumes the duties of Afilias Verisign under this Agreement. In the event that Registrar's accreditation agreement Registrar Accreditation Agreement with ICANN for the Registry TLD is validly assigned, Registrar's rights under this Agreement shall be automatically assigned to the assignee of the accreditation agreementRegistrar’s Registrar Accreditation Agreement, provided that the subsequent registrar assumes the duties of Registrar under this Agreement.

In the event that Afilias’ Registry Operator's Registry Agreement with ICANN for the Registry TLD is validly assigned, Afilias’ Registry Operator's rights under this Agreement shall be automatically assigned to the assignee of the Registry Agreement, provided that the assignee assumes the duties of Afilias Registry Operator under this Agreement. In the event that Registrar's accreditation agreement with ICANN for the Registry TLD is validly assigned, RegistrarRegistry Operator's rights under this Agreement shall be automatically assigned to the assignee of the accreditation agreement, provided that the subsequent registrar registry operator assumes the duties of Registrar Registry Operator under this Agreement.

Assignment in Connection. with Assignment of Agreement with ICANN. In the event that AfiliasVNDS’ Registry Agreement with ICANN for the Registry TLD is validly assigned, AfiliasVNDS’ rights under this Agreement shall be automatically assigned to the assignee of the Registry Agreement, provided that the assignee assumes the duties of Afilias VNDS under this Agreement. In the event that Registrar's accreditation agreement with ICANN for the Registry TLD is validly assigned, Registrar's rights under this Agreement shall be automatically assigned to the assignee of the accreditation agreement, provided that the subsequent registrar assumes the duties of Registrar under this Agreement.
