Assignment in Perpetuity & Worldwide. For the avoidance of doubt: (a) the assignment set forth in Section 6.2 above is in perpetuity and worldwide; and (b) notwithstanding anything contained in any applicable law of any jurisdiction, the assigned rights will not revert to Developer if not exercised at any time whatsoever.
