Assignment; Non-Exclusive. (a) This Agreement is not assignable by any Party without the express prior written consent of the other Party hereto, and any such unauthorized assignment or transfer will be void. (b) Without in any way limiting the obligations of the Parties under this Agreement, Seller agrees that Buyer may enter into agreements with other Parties for the provision of any Services provided by Seller hereunder.
