Assignment Not Permitted. 5.01 Except for dealings with Fujita done for and on behalf of VTI and such agreements with affiliates of VTI as are from time to time designated by VTI, the Company may not set over, assign or transfer, in all or in part, the right to use the VTI Property to manufacture or sell Bearings.
