Assignment of a PatentBook Patent. If Publisher (Licensor) assigns, transfers, sells or otherwise conveys ownership of any of its PatentBook Patents to any Person in a manner that terminates the right of Publisher (Licensor) to license such PatentBook Patent, Publisher (Licensor) shall provide prompt notice to the PatentBook Administrator of such assignment, transfer or other conveyance, shall work with PatentBook Administrator to confirm proper recipient of future Publisher PatentBook Patent earnings.
