Assignment of Anti-Trust Claims. In consideration for this Agreement, the Design/Builder hereby conveys, sells, assigns and transfers to the Owner all of its right, title and interest in and to any and all causes of action it may now have or may hereafter acquire under the antitrust laws of the United States and the State of Florida for price fixing, relating to the goods or services purchased or acquired by the Owner under this Agreement.
