Common use of Assignment of Architect’s Contract Clause in Contracts

Assignment of Architect’s Contract. Borrower shall have furnished Lender with a copy of the Assignment of Architect’s Contract, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Lender, assigning the contract for the architectural services necessary to construct the Project with the Architect to the Borrower.
