ASSIGNMENT OF BENEFITS AND DELEGATION OF DUTIES. A. The Contractor shall not delegate any duties under this Contract or assign any benefits, including any moneys due or to become due hereunder, without the prior written consent of the IWRB. B. In the event a delegation of duties or an assignment of benefits is approved by the IWRB, the Contractor agrees to bind every such delegate or assignee to comply with the terms and conditions of this Contract.
