Assignment of Certain Business Contracts. The PRC Subsidiary shall not be engaged in any value-added telecommunication business or other industries or services in which a wholly foreign owned enterprise is not legally permitted or authorized to be engaged under the applicable PRC laws, and, to the extent applicable, all contracts and agreements entered into by the PRC Subsidiary and any other person that are related to any value-added telecommunication business shall be terminated or amended to the satisfaction of the Investors.
