Assignment of Contractual Rights. DUC may assign its rights under this Agreement to another Qualified Organization as designated under the Act. After DUC transfers its interest in this Agreement, and provides you with written notice of the transfer, DUC is no longer liable for any breaches or any obligations under this Agreement.
