Common use of Assignment of Intangible Property Clause in Contracts

Assignment of Intangible Property. An assignment, in a form reasonably approved by Buyer and Seller, of all Seller's rights, title, and interest to any and all plans, permits, approvals, entitlements and other intangible property relating to the Property (the "Assignment of Intangibles");
