Assignment of Interests of Owner Participant. The Owner Participant agrees that it will not assign, convey or otherwise transfer any of its right, title or interest in and to the Operative Agreements or the Lessor's Estate except in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of the Trust Agreement, as in effect on the date hereof or as amended in accordance with the terms of the Operative Agreements.
