Common use of Assignment of Inventions and Property Rights Clause in Contracts

Assignment of Inventions and Property Rights. Executive shall assign to Company all of Executive’s right, title and interest in and to any Inventions, whether or not patentable or registrable under patent, copyright, or similar laws. Executive understands that Company is the sole owner of any and all such rights and warrants that Executive has not previously assigned to any other person or entity any of such interest.
