Assignment of Leases and Contracts. Seller shall deliver two duly executed counterparts of an assignment and assumption of leases and contracts in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C (the “Assignment of Leases and Contracts”), assigning to Buyer all of Seller’s right, title and interest in and to the Tenant Leases and Contracts (if any are approved by Buyer).
