Common use of Assignment of Leases Clause in Contracts

Assignment of Leases. The Assignment of Leases creates a valid assignment of, or a valid security interest in, certain rights under the Leases, subject only to a license granted to Borrower to exercise certain rights and to perform certain obligations of the lessor under the Leases, including the right to operate the Property. No Person other than Lender has any interest in or assignment of the Leases or any portion of the Rents due and payable or to become due and payable thereunder.

Assignment of Leases. The Assignment of Leases creates a valid assignment of, or a valid security interest in, certain rights under the Leases, subject only to a license granted to Borrower to exercise certain rights and to perform certain obligations of the lessor under the Leases, including the right to operate the Propertyas more particularly set forth therein. No Person other than Lender has any interest in or assignment of the Leases or any portion of the Rents due and payable or to become due and payable thereunder.

Assignment of Leases. The Each Assignment of Leases and Rents creates a valid assignment of, or a valid security interest in, the Rents and certain rights under the related Leases, subject only to a license granted to Borrower to exercise certain rights and to perform certain obligations of the lessor under the Leases, including the right to operate the PropertyProperty unless and until an Event of Default shall have occurred. No Person other than Borrower and Lender has any interest in or assignment of the Leases or any portion of the Rents due and payable or to become due and payable thereunder.

Assignment of Leases. The To Borrower’s knowledge, the Assignment of Leases creates a valid assignment of, or a valid security interest in, certain rights under the Leases, subject only to a license granted to Borrower to exercise certain rights and to perform certain obligations of the lessor under the Leases, including the right to operate the Property. No Person other than Lender has any interest in or assignment of the Leases or any portion of the Rents due and payable or to become due and payable thereunder.

Assignment of Leases. The Assignment of Leases creates a valid assignment of, or a valid security interest in, certain rights under the Leases, in favor of Mortgage Lender subject only to a license granted to Borrower Owner and Operating Lessee to exercise certain rights and to perform certain obligations of the lessor under the Leases, including the right to operate the each Individual Property. No Person other than Mortgage Lender has any interest in or assignment of the Leases or any portion of the Rents due and payable Rent or to become due and payable thereunderother Gross Revenue from the Properties.

Assignment of Leases. The Each Assignment of Leases creates a valid assignment of, or a valid security interest in, certain rights under the Leases, subject only to a license granted to each Borrower or Operating Lessee to exercise certain rights and to perform certain obligations of the lessor landlord under the Leases, including the right to operate the related Property. No Person other than Lender has any interest in or assignment of the Leases or any portion of the Rents due and payable or to become due and payable thereunder.

Assignment of Leases. The Assignment of Leases creates a valid assignment of, or a valid security interest in, certain rights of Borrower under the related Leases, to the extent that any Leases exist, subject only to a license granted to Borrower to exercise certain rights and to perform certain obligations of the lessor under the such Leases, including the right to operate the Property. No Person other than Lender Agent (on behalf of Lenders) has any interest in or assignment of any Credit Party’s right in, to and under the Leases or any portion of the Rents due and payable or to become due and payable thereunder.

Assignment of Leases. The Assignment of Leases creates a valid assignment of, or a valid security interest in, certain rights under the Leases, subject only to a license granted to Borrower to exercise certain rights and to perform certain obligations of the lessor under the Leases, including the right to operate the Property. Assignment of Leases. The Assignment of Leases creates a valid assignment of, or a valid security interest in, certain rights under the related Leases, to the extent that any Leases exist, subject only to a license granted to Borrower to exercise certain rights and to perform certain obligations of the lessor under the such Leases, including the right to operate the Property. No Person other than Lender Agent (on behalf of Lenders) has any interest in or assignment of the Leases or any portion of the Rents due and payable or to become due and payable thereunder.

Assignment of Leases. The Assignment of Leases creates a valid assignment of, or a valid security interest in, certain rights under the Leases, subject only to a license granted to Borrower to exercise certain rights and to perform certain obligations of the lessor under the Leases, including the right to operate the PropertyProperty and collect Rents. No Other than Borrower, no Person other than Senior Lender has any interest in or assignment of the Leases or any portion of the Rents due and payable or to become due and payable thereunder.

Assignment of Leases. The Each Assignment of Leases creates a valid assignment of, or a valid security interest in, certain rights under the Leases, subject only to a license granted to Borrower to exercise certain rights and to perform certain obligations of the lessor under the Leases, including the right to operate the each Individual Property. No Except as identified on Schedule 3.2.6 attached hereto, no Person other than Lender has any interest in or assignment of the Leases or any portion of the Rents due and payable or to become due and payable thereunder.

Assignment of Leases. The Assignment of Leases creates a valid assignment of, or a valid security interest in, certain rights under the Leases, subject only to a license granted to Borrower to exercise certain rights and to perform certain obligations of the lessor under the Leases, including the right to operate the Propertyas more particularly set forth therein. No Person other than Lender has any interest in or assignment of the Leases or any portion of the Rents due and payable or to become due and payable thereunder.

Assignment of Leases. The Assignment Assignments of Leases creates a valid assignment assignments of, or a valid security interest interests in, certain rights under the Leases, subject only to a license granted to Borrower Borrowers to exercise certain rights and to perform certain obligations of the lessor under the Leases, including the right to operate the PropertyProperties. No Person other than Lender has any interest in or assignment of the Leases or any portion of the Rents due and payable or to become due and payable thereunder.

Assignment of Leases. The Assignment of Leases creates a valid assignment of, or a valid first-priority, perfected security interest in, certain rights under the LeasesLeases (including the Ground Lease), subject only to a license granted to Borrower to exercise certain rights and to perform certain obligations of the lessor under the LeasesLeases (including the Ground Lease), including the right to operate the Property. No Person other than Lender has any interest in or assignment of the Leases or any portion of the Rents due and payable or to become due and payable thereunder.

No Person other than Lender Lender, Borrower and/or Operating Tenant has any interest in or assignment of the Leases or any portion of the Rents due and payable or to become due and payable thereunder.

Assignment of Leases. No Person other than Lender has any interest in or assignment of the Leases at the Property or any portion of the Rents due and payable or to become due and payable thereunder.

Assignment of Leases. The Each Assignment of Leases creates a valid assignment of, or a valid security interest in, certain rights under the LeasesLeases at the related Individual Property, subject only to a license granted to the related Borrower to exercise certain rights and to perform certain obligations of the lessor under the such Leases, including the right to 44- operate the related Individual Property. No Person other than Lender has any interest in or assignment of the Leases or any portion of the Rents due and payable or to become due and payable thereunder.

Assignment of Leases. The Assignment of Leases creates a valid assignment of, or a valid security interest in, certain rights under the Leases, subject only to a license granted to Borrower to exercise certain rights and to perform certain obligations of the lessor under the Leases, including the right to operate the Property. No Person other than Lender Borrower and Administrative Agent has any interest in or assignment of Borrower’s interest in the Leases or any portion of the Rents due and payable or to become due and payable thereunder.
