ASSIGNMENT OF MANAGEMENT. Corrections may contract with an entity for themanagement of the residential correctional program along with the property and improvements thereon related to thatprogram. Any contract and related agreements entered into by Corrections for the management of the residential correctional program, inclusive of the operation of the facilities located upon the property that is for the purposes provided for by this Agreement, are not subject to the prior approval ofDPHHS.
