Common use of Assignment of Marks Clause in Contracts

Assignment of Marks. Seller hereby recognizes and acknowledges the Company as the sole owner of the Marks. To the extent Seller has, or may acquire, any rights in the Marks, Seller hereby irrevocably assigns and transfers to the Company all right, title and interest he has, or may acquire, in and to the ownership of the Marks together with the goodwill associated therewith, including but not limited to all rights of recovery for past infringement thereof.
