A valid assignment in recordable form (without warranty except as set forth in Paragraph 8(xxv) above), duly executed and acknowledged by Seller, assigning to Buyer all of the right, title and interest of Seller in and to the name Sonterra at Xxxxxxxx Centre in connection with the Property, together with such documents as shall be necessary for proper termination of the use of said name by Seller.
