Common use of Assignment of Patents Clause in Contracts

Assignment of Patents. Seller hereby sells, assigns, transfers and conveys to Purchaser all right, title and interest in and to the Assigned Patent Rights and at Closing will provide Purchaser with the Executed Assignment for the Assigned Patent Rights.

Assignment of Patents. Upon the Closing, Seller hereby sells, assigns, transfers transfers, and conveys to Purchaser Buyer, or shall have caused its Affiliates to sell, assign, transfer and convey to Buyer, all of its right, title title, and interest in and to the Assigned Patent Rights and at Closing will provide Purchaser with the Executed Assignment for the Assigned Patent RightsPatents.
