Assignment of Pershing’s Rights Under This Agreement to the Introducing. Firm The undersigned agrees that any rights that Xxxxxxxx has under this agreement, including but not limited to the right to collect any debit balance or other obligations owing in any of the accounts of the undersigned, may be assigned to the Introducing Firm of the undersigned so that the undersigned’s Introducing Firm may collect from the undersigned independently or jointly with Xxxxxxxx, or enforce any other rights granted to Pershing under this agreement.
