Assignment of Product Inventions. Each Party shall maintain valid and enforceable agreements with all persons and entities acting by or on behalf of such Party or its Affiliates under this Agreement which require such Persons to assign to such Party their entire right, title and interest in and to all Product Inventions made by such Person in connection with their activities under this Agreement.
