Assignment of Representations and Warranties. The Servicer agrees that each of the Trustee and, if applicable, Trust Administrator may, at any time, assign the representations and warranties given by the Servicer as set forth in this Article 5 which it then possesses, in whole or in part, or an undivided interest therein, to one or more Persons.
