Assignment of Rights and Delegation of Duties. Ambassadors may not assign any rights under the Agreement without the prior written consent of Oola. Any attempt to transfer or assign the Agreement without the express written consent of Oola renders the Agreement voidable at the option of Oola and may result in termination of your Oola business. If the assets of Oola, or a controlling owner- ship interest in Oola, is transferred to a third party, Oola may assign its rights and dele- gate its duties and obligations under the Agreement to such third party as part of the sale or transfer.
