Common use of Assignment of Rights; Obligation of Confidentiality Clause in Contracts

Assignment of Rights; Obligation of Confidentiality. I hereby assign to the Company any rights I may have or acquire in all Proprietary Information. At all times during My employment by the Company and at all times after termination of such employment, I will keep in confidence and trust all Proprietary Information and, except as I may be authorized to make disclosure in the ordinary course of performing My duties as an employee of the Company, I will not disclose, sell, use, lecture upon or publish any Proprietary Information or anything relating to it without the prior written consent of the Company.
