Assignment of Rights Under Contracts. If a Lease Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, and whether or not this Lease shall have been terminated pursuant to Section 17.1 and provided that Lessee shall not have purchased the Equipment pursuant to Section 20, Lessee shall upon Lessor's demand immediately assign, transfer and set over to Lessor, to the extent transferable, all of Lessee's right, title and interest in and to each agreement executed by Lessee in connection with the use or operation of the Equipment (including all right, title and interest of Lessee with respect to all warranty, performance, service and indemnity provisions), as and to the extent that the same relate to the use, maintenance or operation of the Equipment.
