Common use of ASSIGNMENT OF SUBCONTRACT AGREEMENTS Clause in Contracts

ASSIGNMENT OF SUBCONTRACT AGREEMENTS. The Contractor shall provide for assignment of subcontract agreements in the event this Agreement is terminated as provided in this Agreement. Following such termination, the Owner shall notify in writing those subcontractors whose assignments will be accepted, subject to the rights of sureties.

ASSIGNMENT OF SUBCONTRACT AGREEMENTS. The Contractor shall provide for assignment of subcontract Subcontractor and Subsubcontractor agreements in the event the Owner terminates this Agreement is terminated for cause as provided in this AgreementSection 11.2. Following such termination, the Owner shall notify in writing those subcontractors Subcontractors and Subsubcontractors whose assignments will be accepted, subject to the rights of sureties, if any.
