Common use of Assignment or Conveyance Clause in Contracts

Assignment or Conveyance. This Redevelopment Contract shall not be assigned by the Redeveloper without the written consent of the Authority. Such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Redeveloper agrees that it shall not convey any Lot or any portion thereof or any structures thereon to any person or entity that would be exempt from payment of real estate taxes, and that it will not make application for any structure, or any portion thereof, to be taxed separately from the underlying land of any Lot.
