Common use of Assignment or Delegation of Duties by the Servicer and OMI Clause in Contracts

Assignment or Delegation of Duties by the Servicer and OMI. (a) The Servicer may at any time without notice or consent delegate certain computational, data processing, collection and foreclosure duties hereunder to any entity. No such delegation shall relieve the Servicer in any respect of its responsibility with respect to such duties.

(a) The Servicer may at any time without notice or consent delegate certain computational, data processing, collection and foreclosure duties hereunder to any entity; provided, however, that the Trustee may subservice any and all of its duties and responsibilities as a successor Servicer hereunder should the Trustee become the successor Servicer. No such delegation shall relieve the Servicer in any respect of its responsibility with respect to such duties.
