Assignment or SubAgreement. The Contractor shall not assign any of its rights nor delegate any of its duties under this Agreement except on the prior written consent of Conservancy. Conservancy may at any time and without Contractor’s consent assign this Agreement in whole or in part to any successor or assignee of Conservancy, and Contractor shall attorn to such successor or assignee as the Conservancy hereunder.
