ASSIGNMENT OR SUBLEASE BY LESSEE. Lessee shall not assign this Lease or any Lease Schedule or assign its rights in or sublet the Equipment, or any interest therein without Lessor's and its Assignee's prior written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
