ASSIGNMENT OR SUBLEASING. Renter agrees not to transfer or assign this Agreement, or sublease any portion of the Unit, without in each instance first attaining the prior written consent thereto of lessor, which consent may be withheld for any reason, or for no reason at all. Any transfer assignment or sublease by Renter not in accordance with the provisions hereto shall be null and void.
