Common use of Assignment Permitted under Servicing Agreements Clause in Contracts

Assignment Permitted under Servicing Agreements. Each Receivable sold by OLS arising under a Designated Servicing Agreement is fully transferable and such transfer will not violate the terms of, or require the consent of any Person under the related Designated Servicing Agreement or any other document or agreement to which OLS is a party or to which its assets or properties are subject.
