Assignment Postoupení práv. 15.1.1 The Institution/Investigator may not assign its/his or her rights and/or delegate its/his or her obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of ICON, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. ICON shall have the power to assign this Agreement to the Sponsor without the Institution/Investigator’s consent. Zdravotnické zařízení / zkoušející nesmí bez předchozího písemného souhlasu společnosti ICON postoupit svá práva a/nebo převést své povinnosti vyplývající z této smlouvy, přičemž společnost ICON nebude svůj souhlas bezdůvodně odpírat. Společnost ICON je oprávněna postoupit tuto smlouvu zadavateli bez souhlasu zdravotnického zařízení / zkoušejícího.
