Common use of Assignment; Register Clause in Contracts

Assignment; Register. The Administrative Agent shall maintain, at its ------------------- address referred to in Subsection 9.3b, a copy of each Assignment and Assumption Agreement delivered to it and a register (the "Register") for the recordation of the names and addresses of the Lenders and the amount of the Loans owing to each Lender from time to time. The entries in the Register shall be conclusive, in the absence of manifest error, and the Borrower, the Agent and the Lenders may treat each Person whose name is recorded in the Register as the owner of the Loans recorded therein for all purposes of this Agreement. The Register shall be available at the office of the Administrative Agent set forth in Subsection 9.3b for inspection by either the Borrower or any Lender at any reasonable time and from time to time upon reasonable prior notice.
