Assignment, Subcontracting and Sub-supply. 14.1 The Contractor shall not be entitled to assign, either totally or partially, the Contract; however, the Contractor may be entitled to subcontract the performance of any portion of the Works to third parties, subject to the Principal’s prior written consent.
