Common use of Assignment; Succession Clause in Contracts

Assignment; Succession. You may not assign this Agreement. Any attempted assignment or transfer in violation of this subsection will be null and void. Subject to the foregoing restrictions, this Agreement is binding upon and will inure to the benefit of the successors, heirs and permitted assigns of the Parties. This Agreement shall be binding upon the Parties and their successors, permitted assigns, heirs, affiliates, directors, shareholders, officers, employees and/or agents.
