Assignment; Succession. This Agreement will not be assignable by any party hereto except that each party may assign its rights (but not its obligations) hereunder to any affiliated company, provided that such company is properly licensed and registered. This Agreement will insure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties and each of their successors.
