Assignment The Agent. and the Finance Parties may assign or transfer the rights under this Guarantee to any person to whom the rights and obligations of such Finance Party under the Agreement are wholly or partly assigned or transferred to in accordance with Clause 25 (Changes to the Parties) of the Agreement.
